A lot of you have asked how you can be updated when I post new content… Here are two easy ways:

1. Submit your email address in the subscription box to the right sidebar ——>> You’ll receive a confirmation email from Google Feedburner asking you to verify your subscription.  Once that’s done, you’ll get an update in your email whenever I post something new.  Of course you can unsubscribe anytime you want by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email.
2. Subscribe to my RSS Feed by clicking on the Orange Box in the ‘About Erika’ section in the right sidebar —–>> Or by clicking HERE.  This will automatically update your Feeder of choice with my latest posts & content.
