    Hi, Erika,

Thank you for the inspiration and drive to help make the lives of those of us who have food sensitivities and allergies a bit easier and delicious! I first learned about you via You Tube in searching out info on Vitamix and juicing. I am intrigued by your kale chips recipe and will try them in the near future. I look forward to making the sanitizing lotion and appreciate the lotion label you offer. Thank you for your generousity.

Your web site is great and really speaks to those who are earnestly trying to balance healthy, good tasting food and time and budgets with humor and reality.

    Many blessings to you!

    Diane

I do hope you will also try the Kale Chip Recipe… it’s one of our family’s favorites! =)

      God Bless!

      Hi Sharon!

Thank you for your sweet comment… In hindsight, I should have named the website ‘A LOT of Insanity!’ LOL! =) I know you are going to love your VitaMix and I’m sure you will find that it makes eating healthier a lot more adventurous. I’m sure the 5200 VitaMix Model will be perfect for you. Keep me posted!

      God Bless! ~Erika
